Cora Caldwell was recently named Idaho’s “School Librarian of the Year” by the Idaho Library Association at their annual meeting at Boise State University. Mrs. Caldwell, who has been a librarian for 26 years, started her library career at ISDB after earning a Masters Degree in Library Science. She worked here for six years and then transferred to Gooding High School. For the last six years, Mrs. Caldwell returned to ISDB part-time, while she also served as District Librarian for Gooding School District. She has divided her time among the Gooding elementary, middle, and high school, and the Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind.
